Online classes - This includes three live classes each week plus a library of classes you can choose from that have been pre-recorded. This will suit people who find it hard to get to face to face classes due to other commitments.

Fitness can be fun in the right environment with the right group!  Being outside creates better energy and allows us to keep it interesting. A variety of different workouts ensure different muscle groups are being challenged.   Sessions are catered for different fitness levels enabling all individuals to work to their own capabilities.
